Collaborated on user research and led all user interface design, and front-end development for large-scale enterprise medical data ecosystem that handles 500,000 users. Focused on clarifying navigation structures, refining layout standards and ensuring 508 compliance to empower thousands of varied platform participants to interact with health systems cleanly and independently. Through user feedback & iteration CMS Portal's homepage changed from the above to CMS Portal ↗️.
Co-managed multi-role user research and led product design, front-end engineering, user testing and iteration initiatives to establish the Content Management System for Medicare's Quality Payment Program. Supported cross-functional workflows to align system capabilities with secure, accessible web standards utilizing the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS). Ensured 5008 compliance further via JAWS and other accessibility tools.
A web app that syncs devices together to blast audio in perfect unison, turning the web into Bluetooth Audio like technology. After discovering our YouTube demo ↗️, Google R&D invited us out to discuss business synergies.
Headhunted and was inspired to invent, 3D print and pitch my phone case battery power share prototype. The TV show flew us to San Francisco to pitch Mark Burnett ↗️ and Intel on film. Three years later Samsung and then Google added wireless power sharing in their phones.
